Dear Artists and Music Creators,
In July, submissions close for a government grant offering up to $10K for promoting your music internationally, but first, here are two things to take action on right now in June.
As many of you know, I’ve spent more than 25 years in the studio doing what I love, recording, mixing, and producing music - and just as long as a uni-lecturer, sharing my knowledge and passion for sound with the next generation of music makers.
And I’m combining those two passions in the best way: Studio Workshops at Mix Artist Studio.
My Mixing Without Misery studio workshop is happening this Wednesday evening at Mix Artist Studio – a hands-on session for self-producing musicians, who want to break free from the frustration that often comes with mixing your music.
In this studio workshop (limited to just 6 participants), you'll learn how to move from stuck and overwhelmed to focused and productive - a state I call mix flow.
Ticket Sales are now closed – but there's more exciting stuff here:

If you're dreaming of taking your music to international audiences, this one’s for you.
The Music Australia Export Development Fund is offering up to $10,000 in matched funding for artists and businesses working to build an international audience. This can include things like:
